Having started coding at a very young age, coding has become not only my hobby but also a passion. On my programming journey I tried several programming languages and finally favored web development. Profesionally I've got 10+ years of web development experience including both backend and frontend development.

Throughout my professional career I've led plenty of developer teams working on large projects with an ARR of hundreds of millions CZK, mentored junior developers who later became senior developers and optimized development processes to make them more efficient.

What I enjoy most is fine-tuning the development process starting with an idea to the final delivery of highly-scalable product as well as incorporating agile methodologies.
